Early variety with tart flavor when young, becoming sweeter as it ripens.

Medium to large size fruits are ready to harvest when husks split and fruit color changes from a yellow green to medium green. Perfect for Salsa Verde or as a special addition to any Mexican dish.

Purple Tomatillo

An electric violet color and sweet fruity flavor make this the most exciting tomatillo we have seen. Plants are prolific covered in large glowing orbs that are mostly purple with just a few partially green fruit in the mix.  Great nutrient-rich fruit for making sweet and spicy salsas and for experimenting!!
